IOSH Working Safely is a one day course
for staff from any sector, with no managerial or supervisory
responsibly. It aims to provide staff with an understanding of why
they should work safely. The course provides a high impact
interactive day designed to inspire delegates and to make health
and safety learning enjoyable and stimulating.
IOSH Managing Safely is a flexible 4-5
day course written for managers and supervisors in any sector and
in any organisation. It is designed to give managers the knowledge
and tools they need to tackle health and safety in their teams. The
course delivers a practical programme which includes a module on
environmental issues.
This course aims to ensure that people at the most senior levels appreciate health and safety. The course is intended for people with strategic responsibility for determining and implementing effective health and safety management within an organisation.
The IOSH Safety for Senior Executives
course is a one-day course designed for senior and top level
managers, in larger organisations, with strategic responsibilities
for health & safety. The objective of the Safety for Senior
Executives course is to develop an understanding of legal, moral
and economic health and safety issues and how they influence
strategic thinking in the development of holistic risk management
practices.
Health and Safety for Premises and Facilities Managers is a three-day (18 hour) course which aims to provide those responsible for the management and maintenance of buildings and facilities with an introduction to health and safety.
This two day course has been designed to give delegates the skills to carry out competent ergonomic assessments of display screen equipment (DSE) workstations. Delegates will gain a thorough understanding of why ergonomic assessments are necessary, and the techniques to use.
